Just look at the auction house prices and judge for yourself but realistically prices are different on every server and I know that 14kk isn't much on any server in tw or hk
i dont even feel rich when i have a lot of money...the fact of being rich is not having (for example) 5kkk zeni in your pocket, its when u have all the gears u want/need in the game at the curent cap level and u dont know what else to buy except dogis....at that point u can consider yourself rich.
