The idea is that citrininate or someone else 100% trustable makes a char(s) ingame.

Then people from dbocom.com can freely gift usefull items, accoires or zeni , cash points, whatever they want, too those char(s).

Then people who just started playing, or get hacked/scammed, can receive help or a starter bonus.
This would promote dbocom.com for being player friendly, and boost the game experience.

Aswell, people who would want to join '' Community help union'' can also offer other things then just items.
They can also offer support by helping finnishing difficult missions or dungeons.

ofcourse there have to be rules to avoid abuse, and rules in how much bonus, support someone may get.
Another thing would be, for those who give support to CHU (community help union) could be rewarded with a forum title, or simply boost PL.

Eitherway, it would require a extra section.
For players to make topics to request help & support

This is the raw idea, ofcourse if enough people are interested, it should be worked out more, but the idea is really good i think.

this is a great idea... the thing before that would be helping end guild wars between dbocom guilds. then this would be next... no one would want to share if rival guild member might get item.

Although a good idea. Even Citrinate isn't liked by every member of the community. He wouldn't be 100% trusted nor would any of the moderators.

Trust is hard to have on the internet.

To be honest its more work then its worth. If people want help they can learn to play the game on their own and quest on their own like I did. I never needed help from anyone and when I did I joined my first guild and my friends helped me. Why should new comers have people hold their hand and spoon feed them?

The population is becoming more and more stupid nowadays. I agree with your comment completely.
