Found one today, I'm up to 5. For me they seem to drop one every few days, which isn't so bad. No one strategy has worked best for me, it just seems to be at random, but they do drop more often from enemies 1 lvl above me.

yeah this is stupid, 4 days and no dragonball. hell i spamkilled a large number of mobs in an area and i went 45 minutes without seeing an icon.
how easy is the lv.53 UD entrance? if its better than this crap i may have to power through lv.52 so i can try it, even though im not sure we can even go into UD5 on TW

Alright I got one just yesterday from my first DB mob (Super mob) in Yahoi E, and today got my last 2 from 2 db (regular) mobs 1 lvl below me. I gotta say #2 works best for me, #1 works sometimes but not as frequent as #2 (even though #2 isn't frequent enough already).
I rarely run into any db mobs while wandering around but I would stick with #2, and like many people have said, just keep doing your quests while your searching, I found my balls have dropped mainly while I'm questing.
Last week I spent almost a whole day running around with no balls dropped at all.
Oh and the other method where if after you kill a db mob, switching channels to see whether there's another db mob in the same area sometimes works but not often enough, but it does work at times.
So I just wanna say thanks for all tips, it was very helpful.
(btw also tried the method where you swear and tell the db mob to drop a db but no luck for me haha)

I got my last 2 yesterday with Method 1, so that's been the most efficient for me, although I've had some success with method 2 as well. I'd also recommend switching channels from time to time, I found my last one by switching channels in the same area I'd been at, and just happened to find a DB mob that dropped.
