Usualy it is log in events. You log in at certain time and you get some items. Sometimes they just gives you items randomly. I just check web depot randomly. It used to be good items about a year ago. Now web depot sucks if you ask me.
The webdepot is a 1 hour login event (stay logged in for an hour for a few days straight and get a prize).
