That's not a cash shop item. You can pick those up in Tao dungeon. Not sure if you can pick them up in other dungeons but that is definitely no cash shop item lol.

I know the 1st one have to do something with bleeding dmg, 2nd one is LP regen effect, em I right ? and whats with that bleeding is it decreasing lasts time on me when opp casting a DOT?, rly dunno so am asking for help translating em even a bit, thx anyway ^^.
