they give us a reset skill after patch where they change character ballance (skill dmg etc). If this path wont do it, i think they wont give us a reset skill.
Considering that skill reset is a valuable cash shop item here(korean has the event going so its worthless there) and they are not changing any of the skills just raising lvl cap I don't think that we will be getting a reset after they raise level cap. Next time I think resets would be given out for free would be lvl 60 patch(im still skeptical on if they would give them out for free then). You had 30 lvls to get an understanding of your build and what you should do honestly there should be no reason for screwing up a build after that.
there is a CHANCE they might since we will spend all 38 points instead of saving some for later levels that we cant use atm. they might just let reset our points when they raise the level.
