OP indeed. Better than CC 110 in a sense.

True, CC set gives more M def and 17 cooldown if all matched along with 1-2k EP. But, this gives overaqll better balance defenses and you dont need to go to the trouble of going to CC and crafting (good chance of failing)

Yes it's very good max on rare is 28 also ? Get rid of all tmq and use that is the way forward . I was gonna do that too

What about the new CC armors?Don't they have better def with legendary stats?

EASY You get it from webdepot they should have send you gift box some gives it and then you need to lvl all the way just to use them lol

nobody really knows floor 91 is bugged at noone goes CC anymore
