Try using this it will help a little. But its only 30 day trial.

First look for something similar that would help.

Second get a better computer.

Third move closer to that country. :D

You do have quite a low amount of Ram, which could be a problem. Trying to store all those textures in 512mb is probably going to make it run slower. I'm guessing this is your primary problem.

You can also try to improve your ping like Renyx said but I'm pretty sure it's your Ram.

And what about your video card?
It's kinda funny and confusing how there can be 512mb ram with such a strong processor?? (well, even my Interl Core i3 have less gHz)

Video card won't make that much of a different seeing as it's used for floating point calculations. Also, that's not that strong of a processor, 512mb isn't ridiculous in this situation. However, it is quite a low amount.

Like I said, I'm almost positive it's your ram. Make sure you don't have anything else open except DBO and try to close unnecessary services that's taking up space. You might also want to buy another gig of ram, you can probably get it for a few bucks.

xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD man if you can't see then you're blind, dbo needs a minimum of 1gb of ram to play rough and 2gb to play at max ram capacity, your processor is good but would be better with an I5 than a dual core

i may be a computer geek but i just can't explain why your computer can even load dbo with that low ram capacity. It's not even a good enough situation for me to say the correct terminologies
