Hi-Speed Needle, second high-speed needle: Delete bleeding damage, skill damage increased 40%

translated into: i can ditch anti bleed and add more property and succes rate when fighting vs fighter.
Win for me.

Yea, now with SM can easily rape fighters without worrying about bleed killing me over time.

I do not fear their bleed 500-600 bleed -60% from LP absorb no big deal. But fighters in kaioken will now do 2-3k even more per hit in PvP >< + da dodge.

Anyways can't wait to see SK's,DW's,Grands & Ultis new skill *_*

Fighters are now just Swords who dodge alot. Basically like a fuse if you look at it.

Fighters > Swords for this patch
