i know that is used on dogi but what it does?

Gives you an effect/stat on the dogi.
Can give you con,lp%,focus...etc.

I saw something in inventory it said 21-35 level it was like a box. For what that is.

its a chest blue or red or green?
u can open it with a key (i think u can get it from the token shop: its an egg half pink, half white. u open it and get the key) but from what i remember its a tota waste since those chest dont give anything worth getting.
chests lvl 36-50 are much much better
