would be great to know that...maybe there is a thread where every single effekt of the game is displayed? would help a lot

those are silver coins. they are used to get stuffs from a npc that spawn for some minutes after u kill the boss quest which u can see the icon in the bottom right corner of ur screen

You can use those on Dogi/Glasses/Hair/etc.
It adds attributes.
