U can sell them for like 40-50 mil in AH or if u have 3 tickets get free santa hat from event NPC located in korin forest...if u have 8 tickets u can get santa dogi.
This is an upgrade ticket. Use it to upgrade your armor...it will automatically upgrade it to +6 but the duration is only 1 day.
Blue ticket - armor
Red ticket - weapons
well my armor is +5 now, what if i use it i only get +6 or i will get 6 upgrades on it making it +11? also do u know if the armor will be binded after using that item?

Nop, you actually have to downgrade it to 0+ first to be able to use it.
And yes, it binds.
