As we all see on the textures he has the time breakers symbol which means we will have to fight him before gohan kills him.

Or probably during the 10 days break that him gives to Z warriors to train. In any case. that means ore level cap and probably new skills.

I have no clue why they do this, but just because it's in a pak file doesn't mean it's coming anytime soon. For instance, most of the stuff here: http://dbocom.com/forum/showthread.p...786#post177786

Just wondering what if radits or nappa file would be replaced with cells, wouldnt that give cell as tmq boss?
