theres a couple of ways you can pay someone to do it. You can pay them to log on your character and farm them for you. Or you can pay them to make a low lvl character (lvl 10-11) and go into the instance and kill db mobs. Theres a very high drop rate in there, and since lvl 11's dont have the db chip yet, you don't have much competition. So you mail your db chip to your low lvl, and kill db mobs in the dungeon. then switch channels and repeat. Then you stand next to the db and pick it up with the other character. At first, you cant pick up someone elses dbs, but if you wait you can eventually. Kiego helped me do this and i got 6 in 1 hour in the namek instance.

EXTRA : u must clearing the 1 area from mobs. cause, db icon will spawn after all mobs re-spawn. repeat till u get db. change the channel if some players near u.
