TY its just less problems in your thread all together.

Kaioken is meant to increase the user's strength, and the higher you go, the harder it is to maintain. This new mechanic I would hardly call a glitch, as it is very hard to maintain and stays true to the way it was presented in the manga, getting more Power Level with every X.
