Fighting a MA maybe. Bro u will see the difference wearing a crafted +13 pants instead +0 vs other ibrid classes like ultima or a Sk and if you go budokai u will meet this kind of classes for sure.
Not to mention budokai party 5v5, balanced gear is perfect for this kind of tourney

ok but still,anyone can use +10 tickets for level 70 gear which will match up to +13 level 65,maybe 65 will be a little stronger,but that wont make a difference against any class.
+10 Level 70 Craft which most people use is similar to +13 level 65.
