Those are Event Coins lol not Wagu Wagu ... cash coins are for Wagu and coin number on bottom is for event coin for event machine. Thank User if this helped anyone.
If you had actually looked at the picture you would have seen that it is wagu. Event only shows when you are on the event wagu. No where else.

i wasnt online the day of the shut down with any of my 3 accounts but 2 of them got the wagu coins. and i still have to see if removing language patch helps after i reach home

if it does not work, probably the only way is to either reinstall the whole thing (which i wont do for sure) or wait for the next patch (what im gonna do).
