I would reorder the Wish list. SSJ is definitely not top tier wish on a fighter. Its stats do help but the sustain is not worth it when compared to dragon buffs.
I would rank it more along these lines.
- Dex - A Fighters main defensive stat.
- Foc - To hit mobs easier. (can be swapped with con in order)
- Con - More health is self explanatory
- Str - Hit harder kill faster
- SSJ - Be Goku...
- Eng - Be Goku longer
- Soul - Needles are state dmg so this does contribute a little.
- HTB2 - The most useless wish imo. It drains all your EP and you will just be yelled at for using it in a duel. I see no point to it. There is also a rumor HTB system will be replaced when flight combat is released. but this is now an almost year old rumor.

Mandatory are mostly used in school-terms for classes like Math that you can't decide not to have.
-
Personally I think Con should be the top priority of any classes' first wish, and then as you mentioned above for the figther class. The last Dragon Buff you forgot are the Soul one, which isn't needed / used by the general Figther which I guess is why you forgot it in the first place
-
The flaw in the general arsenal of Figthers and Swordsmen are the fact that they go fully and solely for burst damage, and forget's all about their defense. They already have good damaging and survival potential without having to stack dps-related stats on jacket, pants and boots.

This is a very good defensive point and Why i prioritize Dex first. as Dex is a fighters main defensive stat. It also contributes to offense which is why I placed it first. I would say con could be placed second as focus is only there for easier leveling. But more health could help in the same way. I guess fighters do have more hit rate then when I played due to new passive. Con might trump focus. The more I think about it.
I still feel Dex>Con though.

I get your well-proven point, but still, Figthers have extraordinarily high base dodge rate aswell as high base hit rate, but lack the LP which is why I would go for improvements of the weakest link in their arsenals chain ;-)
If I we're to create a Figther or Swordsman (Which I won't since I'm a Namek-Whore) -it would be with 2 x LP% absorb items and con boots, anti-(bleed or whatever) necklace, con CC ring-set for props aswell and 2 x 13 prop earrings. Then i guess focus on gloves and perhaps crit% on sub like everyone else would have done. Then you would have a great base dodge rate anyhow with help of the passive buff, high burst damage aswell as nearly overpowered survivability compared to the general figther or swordsman with the offensive aswell as defensive bonus properties offer. Frankly and personally speaking, all the Figthers and Swordsmen with full burst gear sets simply doesn't last long in a fight and are countered with their opponents LP% absorb items aswell as 100% anti-crit. Moreover, with todays high focus items almost all of your opponents ignore the figthers dodge rate anyhow.
If you were to fully rely on Dodge rate, then you simply have to go all out with Dex on every single piece of item that have the stat oppotunity, otherwise it's not reliable as such.

the order if getting "this" first and than get "that" isnt that important. just get em all, dbs arent that hard to collect...anyway i totally dont agree with Jaxill about ssj, it should be wished first, its the skill that increase the most your stats and its meant to be used in dungeons with a healer in party where u dont have to worry about your EP.

I'm just pointing out the flaws in how the general Figther or Swordsman gear themselves seen from a personal perspective as I've never lost a fight against either of the 2 classes. :-)
