it's a timed quest, where you have to locate/kill/do something with to things as is will say 0/2
i already did it once and failed because I couldn't find my target

From what i remember right next to that NPC some mobs will appear,rats i think,kill them.
I can't complete the third TLQ, the one at the World Tournament. I take the little quest from Chi-Chi to look for Goku, and I find the Fake-Goku and bring him to her, but nothing happens. I've tried leaving and coming back a few times, but nothing different happens.

it happend to me too, just NEVER press esc when there is the movies & when u show goku's picture to the npcs it'll bug it otherwise.
i had quest for kill 30 super majins and i did it but i dont know how to finish it, i havent any mark on map
and yes, some super majins droped me silver items, what can i do with that items?

Whenever you kill a monster you get a chance a majin will appear and you can kill it for a chance for a silver coin. After you get so many silver coins you can exchange it for a title or a gold coin. If you complete the boss quest you can either get a gold coin or a exp boost token. You may exchange gold coins to get a better title.

title is some chinese words u have before ur name, probably u saw someone in game having a title. some of them also give some little stats like 3 CD reduction or 3 DEX etc i think...
