Then WHY does it have ????s all over the place?

System Locale not TW that's why.

That's normally what people do when they download games.....

Its not malware, if it was no ones computer would be working. If you're afraid scan it. It has ?'s because your computer isnt reading the characters.

Can't really blame it on anyone here if your computer breaks. For one, we're telling you what to do. I mean have you ever installed anything? Cause usually Installshied installs stuff, hence the "install" in the name. Anyways yes you install the game. But you need to change your locale to Taiwan.
