Are you running sandboxie first? and/or run as admin?

I run sandboxie first ,but now i'm getting this problem even when I run it as admin .

3 days without DBO i'm LOST .

first - did you run DBO sandboxed before and it worked ?
if no - is your system 64bit ? if not you won't run sandboxed DBO..
