Spartak, I'm fairly sure that that item is one of the WP dogis. You'll need stuff like EP potions, some red vials (Crafted by another WP recipe) and that garden tool looking thing. Usually a high zeni requiring process.

That what he said xDD Get to lvl 58 get the scouter get 2 more of 18% Anti crit chip set them on you'r scouter then you have 54% Anti crit ^^ its only usefull for those some are pvp xDD
