I know its scramble wish but aren't the accesories still going to be Legendary? or they made it rare?
Dragon Armor is useless for me. We want the legendary accesories to get max stats
I was the one discovering the new level 60 weekend DB wishes, so i can say for sure the lvl 60 DB wish-list which now include Scramble items have legendary accesories. Check out my thread:
scramble = L lvl 70 ...
normal wishes = L lvl 60 ...

yes, so if they put the gambler lvl 70
the lvl 70 RARE earring will be better than lvl 60 legendary
and remember those from the gambler can be sold without problems one day
