every time when i want to download HK version by torrent (http://dbo.wasabii.com.hk/DB_Download/client.shtml right ?) a new tab opens up and says "The connection has timed out" WHY ??

try to download the downloader, then download. My internet connection there was 140KBps

I wonder if there is anyone who wouldn't mind like posting it to one of the DL sites. Mega upload was good before it was shut down. But that would be a lot easier, I was thinking of trying this game for the heck of it, but even through flash get I am only getting 9-10 kb XD.
