The best way is as Jaxill suggested. That method works. When DB Scramble was at its peak on the Goku Server in the KR version, thats how Korean guilds operated when it came to scramble. They probably operate like that now for the lvl 60 items.

The guild order is determined by dice, the closest to 100 goes 1st, etc.

The person who is making the wish should be stated in this thread by the guild leader before scramble starts, so that all participants know who is making the wish, if we succeed.

I think it would be best if we keep the order even if we fail.

For example;
Excision - Ascension - Paradise is the order of wishing.

21/01/12 is Excision's wish, and they succeeded in wishing.
22/01/12 is Ascension wish, and they succeeded in wishing.
23/01/12 is Paradise's wish, and they succeeded in wishing.

24/01/12 is meant to be Excision's wish, but we failed as an alliance in collecting the dbs. So the next wish should still be Excision's wish.
25/01/12 is Excision's wish, due to failing on 24/01/12. But they succeeded in wishing today.

26/01/12 is meant to be Ascension's wish, but we failed as an alliance in collecting the dbs. So the next wish should still be Ascension's wish.
27/01/12 is Ascension's wish, due to failing on 26/01/12.But they succeeded in wishing today.

28/01/12 is is meant to be Paradise's wish, but we failed as an alliance in collecting the dbs. So the next wish should still be Paradise's wish.
29/01/12 is Paradise's wish, due to failing on 28/01/12.But they succeeded in wishing today.

So on....

Also SK's or DW's should be the db collectors and the ones who we protect. The db collectors should also have a fast method of transportation.

if that items still Rare grade, and u change the status to be crit%. highest only 23-24%. if Legendary grade, the highest is 29-30%. wish only sub or glove. other wish is crap. zeni, white dragon armors, accessories.

i think only player level 60 should wish,since item is level 60,what's the point of get it if u can't use it?

Yeah this foreigner DB scramble team is definately a good idea.
It wouldn't matter what level the person was who made the wish because following Jaxill and ishali's idea of taking turns of wishing it would be up to the guild of who gets to make the wish. It is just recommended that each guild picks wisely of who gets to wish first.

We need a couple more high level healers. The groups we need that I was in when I played in korea is 1 sk/ultimate getting the ball a healer to heal the holder and 2 swords/fighters to protect the healer and tank when they get attacked. The main objective having this small group gather balls and return to a large group of like 30 players and give the balls to a tank there. When we have all 7 the one making the wish gets the balls. We should have a group of about 10+ people already fighting at the summoning platform or protecting the area being ready for the wisher to arrive. This is believed to be impossible for some foreigners but considering foreigners have controlled 1-4 balls for times in the scrambles thus far if we all band together I see us being able to compete in DB scramble constantly. Win or lose if we all come together at least we have a good chance at winning.
