use the item while standing there. the item is in your inventory which the npc gave you. right click

Hello, just got this quest. I guess it has to do with me...

this is one of the first quests on the human side, given by the guild manager npc in Kokkara. i never understood what he wanted and since i would like to complete this quest too could someone tell me what does he want from me? xD
