Every time I try to log in I get this. I even tried running it as administrator

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM... LOOK DO THIS:

First... update the DBO CLIENT just open it and wait, then close it and PATCH THE DBO RUNNING AS ADMIN... wait.... and done NOW open DBO.EXE no the client... and TADA, you can play normally.

The problem was the client is outdated.
