Today i wanted to start DBO and than this fail cames.



So does anyone now what that means?

i get this error when my internet is messin up, this in mind, i see you have internet... uhhh #1 run as administrator.. if it still isnt working then make sure your firewall isnt blocking online access.. and thats all i can think of, maybe someone can help you if this dont work

the msg says "unable to use Launcher. Please contact customer service"

try reinstalling?

i run it as an admin
and i tryied reinstall and started the pc new
i will check that with the firewall but i dont understand why there should be problems with the firewall when it worked yesterday

You need to add the program to your firewall.
Ore make your Virus program see the DBO launcher as a non-virus. thingy

I add it to my AVG so i wanna try to add it to the firewall :)
