Hello my friend just downloadet the game and downloaded all the patches when he clicks start in the launcher on the ball with (START) launcher goes away and nothing else happen no game starting plz help :(!!!

Does he have AVG for antivirus protection?

YES :)

Thats the problem:

1. Open AVG, right click on resident shield --> open
2. Manage exceptions
3. Add DBO Taiwan to it

When your start the launcher again you might have to do an integerity check

I'm also having this issue. I added the exception to AVG ran it as admin, and did the integrity check, but it still doesn't launch the game.

Did some poking around and found a solution. If you have AVG, you'll need to temporarily disable it to run DBO. It blocks Game Guard. If Game Guard can't run, then neither will the game. It just needs to be disabled long enough to launch the game. 10 minutes is recommended.

To temporarily disable AVG Free 2011:
-Open the AVG console
-On the top bar, go to Tools > Advanced Setting
-Scroll the left menu all the way down. Second from the bottom is "Temporarily Disable AVG Protection"
-Check the box on the right, and set a duration for the temporary disable.

If you don't want to do this to launch the game every time, you'll have to find another Anti Virus program.
