What exactly do you want your build for? Are you looking for AOE for CC, Which I what I can only assume RaRa Eruption is for?
You have poisonous dark beam at 3/3 too. I assume someone may have told you this is good for bosses in CC, it really is pointless. You spend your time constantly spamming that, meaning you are not attacking, and generally speaking a Karma's DPS is the most important in CC as you can constantly reset your aggro, and do good damage. Believe me that 225 E.DEF reduction is pathetic compared to the 25 - 40% of damage you alone will do to a boss. A Karma recommended this to me, he was a bad Karma, and constantly failed to give out speed because he was too concerned with spamming this god aweful crap. 10 second duration means constant spam or needless waste of RP should you use RP on it. Do not use this.
Set them both up for RP extended duration for stunning cell.
Go Go Mask only needs 4/5, that gives you maximum attack speed. 5/5 only adds movement speed which u dont need and 2 seconds of duration which you don't need.
Only 1/3 is needed in kaioken, however 3/3 is perfectly fine.
I just edited my post, have a quick read of the part i edited.
That last build gives you enough for PVE, However if you ever intend to even think about doing PVP, then that build fails hard. However PVP is not for everyone.
Just to help you understand where you can make points back, RaRa Eruption is pointless, Homing Storm only needs 1/7 for the RP KD.
