Ben having this foe a bit now when I connect my phone with the wifI I have and it gives me internet access but when I connect with my labtop it won't give me internet access plz help
First, make sure you have the wifi switch in the enabled position and then make sure you are connected. If you are then try to ping a site and see if it actually pings it.
Run an IPConfig and see if you're getting a real address. (If you're not sure look at the first 3 numbers and if they start with a 169, it's not a real address)
