In the game's files they have all the different cinematics written out almost like a script.


All of the cinematics in the game are in here, but there's then three more of them listed after TMQ 6. One has been there for a while, but went unnoticed (so I'm not sure exactly when it was added), and the other two were just added in the test server.

The first is called "TLB Proto Type"

Note: "TL" could be referring to "Time Leap" which are all of the single player time travel quests from the early levels. All of the Time Leap quests reward you with a skill that every class gets (power up, guard, block, and dash). If there's another Time Leap quest then it should also follow that there will be another skill (flight maybe?).

The script for these cinematics aren't nearly as commented as in my example above, but what I can make out is that it involves Vegeta, Nappa, and Radditz. The only other thing I can make out is that they all take their ape forms during the cinematic.

The last Time Leap quest we were given took place at the end of Dragon Ball (the anime) and this one would have to be before the beginning of DBZ. So it's entirely possible that this will become the next Time Leap quest. Also, seeing as they can all fly, it's also possible that we'll learn flight there.

The new cinematics added with the test server are called "DWC_001" and "DWC_002"

Again, the commenting is not very detailed; so I can only make how who will be involved. These two cinematics are also very short (only 1 scene long).

DWC1: Child Goku and "Pllnarodon" (might be a dinosaur)
DWC2: "Kame-Roshi" and Kame

Though I will remain skeptical of flight until its implemented, no matter how much I want it.

They've already said that it would be added.

What I'm wondering is, if we learn it, how we'll learn it. Now that I think about it, the fact that they can fly is somewhat meaningless as it's pretty unlikely that we'd learn it from them, but it would be useful if we were to fight them. If we do end up fighting them then this would almost certainly be a very high level quest.

Some more information. It's broken up into 4 scenes, but currently all 4 scenes are exactly the same except for the following commenting:

Scene 1: Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz
Scene 2: Vegeta and Nappa
Scene 3: Vegeta and Raditz
Scene 4: Only Vegeta

If they're actually going to add flight with the next major patch, it's certainly something the majority of us should be looking forward to. It's one step closer to making the game more enjoyable in the long run.

I am sure we will get flying "in the long run" but I don't know if they are going to add it yet, it seems this would be a pretty big deal and they would make a little more noise about it, plus the possible game balancing issues with flight that may/may not be necessary (but this could all just be my skepticism).

It is always possible though, I hope for it sooner rather than later, probably the #1 request I would have for the game right now. Beyond my skepticism, now that we know a Freeza TMQ will be taking place, we also know a lot of that battle took place in the air which could be a clue.
