I need a build that is compatible with PvE as well as speed for CC, TMQ and other things of that tier.
Never had experience with Karma's except for the fact that your mostly there for speed and the AoE suck when not in Kid Buu form

if you ever want to switch to pure pvp all you really gota do is get rid of kidbuu skills and add them to shout and double whamy ball needs to be maxed.
