Yes but it doesn't mount up to how much foc a namek can acheive if he wanted. The highest i've reached so far is 40k hit rate where i never missed a single bold but this involves complete determination with the foc gears as you need max on jacket, pants, rings, gloves and hit rate on your axe. I havn't reached max on all of them as it was only a test and i didn't want to go expensive but then again, it doesn't take a miracle to hit others due to the messed up game engine.

Weather fighters have high base doge or not, it doesn't matter anymore, all that matters is one doge pot per boudokai so they all have to use it wisely. All those fighters that cashed a lot to get to where they are might as well lobbed their money down the drain because that's what the games turning into, a waste sight for dragonball fans.

NTL first removed scouter chips, that pretty much messed up nameks, then they remove turtle book and doge pot, that's two fails in one, the next would be karma due to their spams with skill-lock, this future will bring the game to an end and then new players will emerge not knowing what the game was like before.

Sorry guys but wasabii, cayennetech and ntl don't care about the players, they care about the money they receive by producing and updating such a game.
They remove the bug but don't remove the 150 cc titles. They have turned you guys with these titles into walking billboards as you can demonstrate the look of the titles. By doing this they make other players want one of these titles for their own and therefore cash (cash shop points) to achieve these goals.

I have a feeling us english players will quit one by one. The taiwans really don't seemed bothered and the spanish don't know what hit them. There was an update which pretty much wiped out Dutch players a long time ago, the plague is now with us guys, you either live with it or leave dbo.

Me being with dbo for over 2 years now.. i will finally admit NTL has finally messed up the game for me .. and i cash.. sadly.. but idc ill just find a better mmo (which isnt hard) but i do love dragon ball and the brand.. I hope the world will one day see another db inspired mmo somehow .. -_- smh at NTL

well this barely affected me, just not playing my fighter for a LONG TIME
On the + side I am just gonna play my SM more than usual lol
btw would over 2200 HR be good?

the weird thing is i dont think the dodge pot cd (30min) applies to hk.. I logged last night and I was drinking like a typical alcoholic xD

Yeah, I know you can still hit them. I was mostly comparing to when undergeared fighters could easily get the same results as geared ones, with the pot.

Although, in that case, the same way you know a certain fighter will be wearing dex, he could know you have your foc set and thus switching to a different one too, like con + att speed + anti-bleed* and go with Thunder, for example.

I also agree with the cc150 titles part, too. Dunno if those are their intentions, but it's weird that TW doesn't get the titles removed (or at least not yet), while HK does, especially since they're both Wasabii.

From what I understand wasabii(tw) and wasabii(hk) are two different dev companies under the same banner.. they make their own choices somewhat

The chinese are smart people, they will do anything for money. They sell pepper point cards in tw stores for about 143.35 yuan which is about 23.34 USD whereas on the wasabii website, they sell points for over 1,000 USD which is why we shop at cn-usa for our cash shop points rather than dbo.wasabii.com.tw

I must've missed that patch.
Although i do agree alot of my dutch brethren have been missing, mind telling me what this horrible patch brought the dutch community?
