I tried 2 english patches the lastest one and the last to the latest one.
Both of those doesn't translated most of the location like kokkara village and all and all of them are in code.

Make sure you also moved the translations.txt file inside the main game folder, and I recommend applying the patch without any of the little boxes checked.
Yes did that.ANd didn't even checked or unchecked any box.
Menu translated and some of the game ui translated and very few location like oil field...and one monster bean saiba.
Though translation.exe have those translation.
