I have had issues with .net framework for several months now. Because of this I am unable to install the translation patch. If there is a manual install for this patch or one that doesn't require me to use .net framework, I would be very appreciative.

Thank you for the response, I managed to solve my problem by re installing windows and getting the .net installed right away. Now I am all patched up.
