after every maintenance millions of posts are coming from players who need help, always they cant play dbo after maintenance, just like me...
maintenance should fix problems in dbo and make it better, but maintenance is something like "hacking and destroying dbo and making new errors and other things"...
am i right?

Main problem with these people is that they dont read everything before downloading a mod/ the english patch.
They either forget to unpatch or switch the original soundpacks back.
Also the massive amounts of posts is most of the time people being lazy and wanting help as soon as possible, although reading posts of similair threads would be faster.
I myself haven't had much of these problems which is why i voted no.

The problem is the english patch......Wasabii has nothing to do with it....If you dont want errors don't do mods on your game which corrupts it.

A lot of newer players don't really seem to understand why the game corrupts after an update (not maintenance). Here's an explanation I gave on a thread the other day which I feel sums it up pretty well (quoted here because I don't feel like typing it again )

From my experiences, the problem is that the game's Launcher hardly works. If you're experiencing issues, you can open up the DBOLauncherLog.dat file to see exactly what's going on. If you're having problems downloading a file, the URL for the file can also be found here.

Nothing any version of the English patch does will ever mess up your game in a way that forces you to re-install (and the same is true of all .pak file mods). What sometimes happens though (if you don't unpatch before updating through the launcher), is that the Launcher will attempt to download unmodified versions of the files the English patch modified, but will fail.

With newer versions of the English patch, if that's what happened, the patch will identify the problem and tell you what files you need to manually download. Download links for unmodified versions of all the files the English patch modifies can be found here: http://dbocom.com/tools/english-patch/

firstly, i couldn't log in, i had to download some files with dbo laucnher.
i fixed it, and i logged in, and after i choose char and channel, loading start and then i got message

and then i uninstaled dbo, deleted dbo_ct_tw folder from program files and again installed,without english patch...
now when i run launcher it starts download something with 182mb i think and in half downloading it stop every time
ex. when i download 50mb, laucnher stop working and downloading, and on task manager it says launcher not responding...
now i can't start dbo on launcher, only way to start dbo for me is opening dbo.exe, but when i log in that way i got message, but i can't understand it without english patch, i think it says that i have to download latest version, but i already have latest version, i think only problem is laucnher, for some reason launcher just can't download that file with 182mb, i dont know why

to tell you the truth the real problem is the patch

Neither the English Patch nor the Launcher itself are to blame for most of the problems that most people seem to be having, in my opinion, the problem lies with the users themselves. If the people in question are too lazy to completely read and understand how to use the English Patch (which means they wouldn't know that they need to unpatch to the base language before they attempt to download the Launcher's patch), then they have no one to blame but themselves for their problems. Take the time to read and understand what you are being told to do and you wont have to come back and search the forums or make repeated posts because DBO stopped working for you.

It is fairly simple to update the game and remove the English before a game update. There is nothing wrong with the English patch or the game. Some people just fail to know how to install and uninstall simple programs. All the information to install the game and the patch are in the Forums somewhere. New players should actually take the time to read it.
