is good amount i think better keep , but " maxed is when u have only 1 effect " , that doesnt apply all armor/accesory btw

like on earing rare dex, ther is effect 27 dex+random and 28 dex single effect

i think 266 is max for succes rate (same value applies for hitrate).

Right. Or like 13 prop earring (perfect stat) -always has 1LP regen co-stat too.

SKs have 33% energy crit and 1 hit rate

if it has 1 on the second stat i would think it is max
