What about permant banned users? Is it possible for them to get unbanned? Maybe they can get a second chance? Maybe they have really changed? I think this website must give these users a second chance. Because now you just get a message: date the ban will be lifted never... What u guys think?
Perm bans aren't passed out without thought. It's not just like "Oh well screw you get banned kid". Users who get permanent bans have usually either: 1) already received a permanent ban before but made a new account to bypass it or 2) gained ~2 months of temp bans before they receive the permanent one.
They can still talk to Cit and the mods via messaging to appeal these bans. If Cit feels they've changed he can always welcome them back. Though a majority of them simply don't change, hence why most don't ever come back.
There are currently five conditions under which you can be permanently banned:
1. Committing serious offenses before the current infraction system.
2. Committing several minor offenses consecutively so that your infraction points won't wear off.
3. Being a bot that's spamming.
4. Using a secondary account to avoid bans.
5. Scamming people on the forums.
Most people who are banned aren't allowed back because of the severity of their offenses. The only conditions under which I could see it arguable are the first and second ones and we'd still have to keep a sharp eye on that individual.
The OP is a perma banned user who I wont name as that's just rude. The fact that he made a new account to evade his ban shows me that you're not ready to be unbanned.
On topic we don't hand out perma bans lightly. If you have been perma banned don't expect us to reconsider it for at least a year.
Yes now I am broking the rules and I am sorry about that. Me and other 2 players got permanent ban, because we were spamming 1 same flaming photo on our avatars. Every time mods were removing it we were getting 3 infraction points and after that we were adding our flaming avatar photo back. Even when we got permant bans we kept doing that. After few hours Cit removed avatars for all banned users. If now you try to do that u wouldn’t be able to get permanent ban, because avatars removed for banned users.
You guys don’t even know how hard it is to be banned that long and that u cant make any message in forums, help other people. I agree that I did bad things, but at least please unban other 2 persons which were doing the same thing, because it was my idea.
Jaxill can you at least stop this stupid guild war for 1 time? Even Jocer is more mature than you now. And also Jaxill I am sorry for all those flaming messages to you, I agree I had to get ban then but I don’t think that it should be a permanent one.
