What is actually popular? Taiwan severs? i think korean is dead...

I will start playing after english quest patch, before it you lose alot from the story, if you dont know korean, chinese....

And go for TW or HK because those are free, if u have korean friend, go for korean, when he gives you his kssn and makes phone vertification, because you get early updates.
