You mean. You start set up but, it won't pop up?

Happened to me before too.

What i do is. Double click it with not having any programs up and it takes a few minutes.

But, eventually it pops up.

yes i tried already i run it as admin i double click it but it takes a few minutes than win 7 pop up a window that says if i´m sure i click yes and than nothing i waited a full hour and nothing...

ok i done it i finaly get it installed
now play time

it just take me 3 hours till the install begins
