Apparently you must be online at least 1 hour each day to obtain these items.

its sounds familiar to me too. ill be loggin my accounts just for that ^^

12/17 18:00 allotted unified in the conclusion of the event
Note:
Same Wasabii account limit of lead a group reward.
2 must be within the specified time, a username / password and select the role to login game full one hour before they meet the activity above the line qualification.

why they not give "cool" items, like a past..?

They gave a lot cool items in past but nowadays they give them only to cashers.
HK in the other hand still gives cool items like wagu coins,pots,tickets and similar not to speak of KR they give a lot better >_<
