Maybe if you want it for a pve build, if your build is based around pvp then you don't need it.

Not recommended to spend more than 1sp in it as an SK no matter the weather!

haha no matter the weather ... i dont use KoK on my SK because .... it is just naturally so strong haha

It honestly depends on your build. Most people use a dot/debuff style build on SK (life steal, curse, bold strike)

While the initial boost in dmg isn't bad the crit goes to waste which is the main point of KoK.

Now a build a that focuses on Flat dmg might benefit from this more (hellzone grendade, Special beam cannon, Ect )but as I said this isn't traditional.

Kaioken is very usefull in PvE and 5v5.

Kaioken especially on SK is useful.
Increase power of lifesteal,bold strike & bleed & other offensive skills.

Kaioken 3/3 gives you roughly 300 energy attack points (not sure with physical one, but probably about the same)

300 energy attack points is a great bonus in damage and a lot less LP/EP drain per 2 sec (i guess)...didn't know about that.
