Pvp wise I would say SK. Pve wise would be DW. And the better tank for UD, CC and all that is still DW. Now don't get me wrong SK can be tanks, they just aren't as suited for it as DW's are. Now for DW Pvp i don't know if they got much better but someone said they did but the final choice is just your personal preference

SK Is better for CC for UD for Tmq for everything.
