I'm thinking if I can try to do a "better" translation pack, for the quests, skill, and more...
But how can I make a translation pack? Could someone help me?

basically you can't translate quests ect.... as they aren't on the client side but they are simple enough, as for skills thats what dbo com is for

If your trying to make a translation pack for the game, you won't be able to unless you have have all language files from DBO, i don't think they include the language file in DBO file for the quests. And with that being, trying to create a brand new translation you will get the same exact thing as we use now.
