the easyest way to find dragon ball is to get the last 2 pet ring in the token shop I think they cost about 200 tokens per ring. then go and buy the blue dragon pet from the ah (auction house) then go to a place where there are mobs tht are at least 2or3 levels ahead of you then fly around until u c a mob with a DB sign and kill it. after about 15 or 30 min and u still haven't found one then just switch channels. trust me this works I found the all 7db ova 4 time in the past 2 or 3 week. reply back and let me know if it works or not

Pet rings don't work in DB Hunting, you're wrong. It's been proven before that none of the token shop pet rings work in raising DB Droprate.

it works for me ever sense i got the two rings and the pet i have been finding DB Like crazy

How do I unluck the slots for rings?

Those rings do not give better drop rate.

Item drop - Gives an extra bag with random pick ups. Right/left click the ring and it opens a bag
Chinese characters with 30% - gives a 30% better chance or picking up items in a item drop quest.
