This may sound nooby but i dont know how to save my build when i set in all the points and when i go to link skill build it doesnt really save it well or am i not seeing somthing or getitng it at all

Copy link address when u right click "Get the link for this build"

The skill calculator save doesn't work. The build will have either only 15 points or 19 points.

Weird you shouldn't get that error anymore, try just copying the hyperlink at the top after u finish ur build, you dont have to click save this build or what ever it is. Just copy the address at the top that should work. Works for me :)
