I'm making this thread just to clarify some questions that i get alot.

Example : What should i wish for? What does each dragon buff do?

Well here.

TransFormations.

Everyone knows You need 7 dragon balls that mobs drop from all 10 maps in the DBO world. Have to kill mobs -2 levels below you or 1-5 levels above you. Some people have hard time getting drops ebcause they are ethier unlucky, no motavation or the hunts are late or too early for the player.

For Humans, The first wish everyone picks Super Saiyan skill because they think its a good skill or because their a huge DBZ fan and wan to become one thats fine. It's good for Turtles and Cranes because of their high EP and the Super Saiyan skill takes alot of EP drainage. For Fighters and Swordsmen its okay because it increases dodge, hit rate, running speed and attack speed but because of the low EP the skills can cut off quick when the EP reachs 200 and below. The skill is worth getting if you can maintain it or have Majin buffs or a dende to help you hold it and is very useful.

For Namek, The Great Namek skill is very Tank. It increases your size by about x5 increases LP and Defense i think (not sure 100%). The skill gives you the right to transform but does not allow you to use your regular attacks. They give you two attacks that you have to use your regular SP for. Now the skills are good but for Warriors (Shadow Knights and Dark Warriors) using SP on those SP are useless because you need the SP for other good skills in their build and the damage isn't that good.
For Dragon Clans, The Damage is great and a powerful threat against enemies in wars. I've seen 10-30k damage with skills by good Dendes and Pokos.

For Majins, The Kid buu skill is definitly worth it. It the most powerful transformation in the game at the moment. Just like the Great Nameks you need to spend SP on it. The only skill you should use and max is Genocide Blast because it does great damage is is spammable. I've seen 10-50k damage with these Kid Buus. I think for every class they transformation is good especially if they're buffed.

Armor and Accesories.

Something that you'nt wish for. It's all rare and not worth getting. Until the Level 70 patch comes and you can get the Legendary level 60 items then yu get them. The armor is crap as well.

This Wish is a must get.

It deals alot of damage and depending on the upgrade of your sub-weapon you can one hit someone with this skill. Even when i had a +7 sub i one hitted SKs with it. I beleive every class should get this skill because not only does good damage, its also a good staller. It has a 42 minute cooldown, 2500 damage + attack and + sub weapon power and not to mention your able to crit in the attack.

Dragon Buffs

The Dragon Buffs are good buffs that increases stats by 20%. The duration of each buff is 40 minutes but, the cooldown is 1 hour and 42 minutes so it takes a while to reuse them.

It's always fun and good to have all buffs but some aren't worth it if you dont ever use a move with the stat so its a waste of a wish.

Thank you for your time and i hope i help someone

Btw, thanks for this info, it will help a lot of players on which Human class they should get for maintaining ssj and such. Yeah, time difference can be annoying, and I quit TW cause I don't want to get up in the morning cranky with zero drops. I'd be a lot patient about TW version drops if it wasn't for how early or late it can be. I also really don't like high AH prices either. Drop rate can really be crappy for some people, and sadly I'm in that unlucky category.
