my god they need so much SP bro but i took you the most usefull spells you'll need in PvE, that way you will be a tank/support LIKE A BOSS YOU WILL BUFF YOUR MATES AND DEBUFF YOUR ENNEMIES LIKE A BOSS AND YOU WILL TANK THEM IN 1VS50 LIKE A BOSS also i think that energy siege and dragon strike are the only 2 spells ( deep strike too ) that deserve to be maxed, the others are maybe good for some moments but, the very important thing about a dw is his godlike supports spells that make them the best PvE class, and also in pvp just think + 1800energy/physical def for all your team during 20 seconds, that's freaking OP.
anyway for the damages output lost on not maxing whirlwind & cyclone, i maxed kaioken because normally it won't be hard to maintain it, and it'll greatly increase your atk speed (you'll need good gloves with both E & P stats at higher stat possible), and ofc, the crit bonus when kaioken x3 or more, if u use weapons +2x % crit damages & have either turtle or karma buff, you'll do daaaaaaaaamn high damages in a range of 25x25 around your target, wich means :
imagine there is 20 dudes lvl 55 ungeared with around 600def, you do energy siege on the middle of them, and then your computer crash cause of toooo many animations at same time.
plus to be honest, i once maxed this whirlwind, and srsly... the damages doesn't really change, but that's just my vue of this, some others will tell you max it, but that's bullsh*t.
