Hey guys me again!! I want to crate new char, with this characteristics:

-"SRIHD" (Stupid Ridiculous Insane Huge Damage)
-Perfect for PVE
-Can use it for TMQs, UDs, CC
-Not must need cash shop items
-SRIHD since kid
-High speed to lvlup

Majin sounds like something you want.

but what class of majin?

Turtles Have Huge DMG And Are Needed For TMQ's And CC Most Of The Time

Karma, maybe?

I would go with an ultimate majin, not only do you get buffs but you'll be a nice tank/AoEr in kid buu form
Also hard to kill with the right gear.
